No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Effective immediately, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased through our store. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at catalisi2007@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
This is the only circumstance under which support may be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Since no returns are accepted for any reason, all items are considered non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period allowing cancellation or return of your order as required by EU consumer law.
If this applies, your item must be returned in its original condition (unused, with tags and original packaging) along with proof of purchase.
